We courteously ask for your consideration in providing at least 24 hours prior notice if you are unable to attend a therapy session, and at least 48 hours for assessments. We pride ourselves on providing quality assessment and intervention to all clients in our care, and aim to see our clients as soon as possible rather than putting them on a waiting list. Providing our clinicians with ample notice allows us to offer the session to someone who may be waiting for a suitable appointment.
You can get a referral from your GP or Paediatrician to get a rebate from Medicare for your speech pathology sessions. Talk to your medical professional for more specific information on this. You can also visit our ‘Services’ page for more information.
